Caretaking Services

Our seasoned team oversees every aspect of caretaking, maintenance, and housekeeping. Homeowner services are tailored to an owners’ specific needs and preferences. We pride ourselves with flexibility and offer personal attention, consistent communication and unparalleled service.

Jackson Hole Property Management charges $100 per visit. Below is a list of services included in our walk through.

  • Managing thermostats
  • Starting vehicle(s) and running for an appropriate time based on weather
  • Running water (running faucets, flushing toilets)
  • Checking all systems (heating/cooling, boiler, fire alarms, propane levels, etc.)
  • On-call 24 hours a day to respond to alarm
  • Thorough walk around of the house and grounds
  • Availability to communicate with owner’s guests
  • Communication and organization of service companies; landscaper, snow removal company and more
  • Manage housekeeping for owner/guest arrivals and departures
  • Monthly statements
  • Communication via email and phone with monthly updates

Below is a list of additional services that we offer for an additional $75 per hour.

  • Car shuttle to airport
  • Store patio furniture away for the winter and retrieve for the summer
  • Shovel snow off deck(s) and pathways prior to arrival
  • Coordinate caterer/chefs
  • Grocery delivery
  • Vehicle registration and maintenance
  • Purchase of supplies for the house
  • Mail pick-up and delivery
  • Meeting with sub-contractors and gathering estimates upon owner’s request
